El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Navarra (TSJN) ha confirmado la condena de 22 meses de prisión impuesta a una agente de la Policía Municipal de Pamplona que se apropió de los 605 euros.

Según el relato de hechos probados de la resolución, que no es firme y se puede recurrir ante la Sala de lo Civil y Penal del TSJCV, los abusos ocurrieron el 17 de mayo de 2021 cuando la víctima tenía 16 años.
La sentencia, fruto de una conformidad entre las partes, establece el pago de indemnizaciones para los dueños de los establecimientos afectados por los daños que les ocasionaron los asaltos.
El auto ha sido notificado después de que la Sección Primera de la Audiencia, en paralelo, hubiese citado para las 11:00 horas del miércoles de esta semana a los 15 condenados.
La Sala, que contempla para los cuatro delitos las atenuantes de alteración psíquica y de dilaciones indebidas, impone al penado la obligación de indemnizar con 12.000 euros.
