El Juzgado de Menores de Jaén ha condenado a un menor de edad a dos años de libertad vigilada y otros dos años de prohibición de aproximarse o comunicarse con la víctima por la comisión de un delito de abuso sexual.
El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Navarra (TSJN) ha confirmado la condena de 22 meses de prisión impuesta a una agente de la Policía Municipal de Pamplona que se apropió de los 605 euros.
Según la interpretación de algunos tribunales, la ley impulsada por la titular de Igualdad resulta ser "más favorable al reo" por el principio de irretroactividad penal.
